Class Policies

The following guidelines will help our classes run smoothly for our students and instructors.

  • Class registration is first come, first served.  Full payment is due at the time of registration.  You can register in person, mail, email or fax.
  • If you need to cancel, you must do so 7 days before the class is scheduled to start in order to recieve a refund.
  • Most classes have a minimum of 4 students.  A class may be cancelled if it has less than the minimum number of registered students 7 days before the start of the class.  A full refund will be issued.
  • Most classes require supplies.  The supply list can be picked up when you register for the class.  Please make certain that you have the required materials before class.  If you have any questions about the supplies, please ask.  We will be happy to help.
  • There is a 10% discount on all class supplies. IMPORTANT:  When you are at the cash register, please remind us that you are buying class supplies.
  • We respect copyright laws.  If a pattern or book is required, you must have your own copy of it.
  • Most of our classes require a sewing machine.  It is best if you bring your own machine, but if you cannot, please let us know ahead of time.  We will do our best to provide a machine for you.
  • Do not bring children to class with you.  Other class members have paid for classroom instruction and the distraction is unfair to them.
